Description	A 1942 Pullman Lounge and Club Car Service Menu purchased in 2008 on eBay. Like most railroad menus from World War II (WWII), a "Buy War Bonds" advertisement is featured on the cover. This menu has a green and cream cover and lists beverages, sandwiches and lounge items - playing cards, etc. An interesting picture of dinner being served in a room. Seems to be the correct silver, but a plain china pattern. Was this Calumet?
