Each selection includes Soup or Appitizer, Vegatable and Potatoes, Salad, Bread and Butter, Dessert, Coffee or Tea or Milk. An A La Carte and Beverage selection is also included. Food and Beverage Service from the Buffet will be Discontinued at 10:00 P. M. The date code LD-75D-700-D43 tells us that only 700 copies of this menu were printed in April of 1943. |
